OUR TEAM
The Bimotor team consists of 110 people, spread over 5 locations worldwide.
The engine sales force, with its considerable technical and commercial background, is able to guide customers in choosing the most suitable engine for their application: with area and product managers, the focus is constantly on the market and technical data.
The sales back office, with particular focus on foreign markets, guarantees extensive coverage, with 8 languages fluently spoken: Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian and Arabic.
The spare parts sales force, completely dedicated to the aftermarket and its needs, is able to provide support and availability on new products and products in production phase-out.
Such important numbers require a strong logistics team: to guarantee prompt delivery, it is not enough to have stock, you need a team capable of managing it and optimizing transport.
The after-sales service deals with network development, technical support, warranty management, maintenance, repairs and overhauls, service network management, flying doctors and engine monitoring with internal telematics control room.
Two people are dedicated to training, based at our Skill Centre, to ensure the training of our network, our partners, our customers, and our entire team.
Production, i.e. the team in charge of setting up customized motors and Bimotor products, plays a central role in providing the most suitable products, created and validated by the R&D department, i.e. our technical department, which is dedicated to the study of customized applications and set-ups, the design and validation of BIMOTOR components and products, as well as machine installation tests.
Such an articulated structure must meet stringent quality standards: two people take care of the evolution of our organizational system by studying internal processes to improve them and make them compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001 certification.
A two-person team, on the other hand, deals with marketing and communication and works in constant contact with all company sectors to present all our know-how on the most appropriate communication tools for the context.
Our team also includes an IT manager and HR manager to maximise the efficiency of the company, both in terms of tools and resources.
The administration manages finance and accounting under the control of the Board of Auditors and the auditing company (Baker Tilly S.A.), which constantly monitors our operations and makes growth sustainable.
Bimotor has an organizational and management model pursuant to 231/2001 for the prevention of corporate offences under the careful monitoring of the Supervisory Board made up of external professionals.
