Our Skill Center is a place dedicated to training, with spaces designed to encourage full immersion in learning.

Large classrooms for theory sessions and a workshop with test engines for practical sessions. Coffee breaks and lunches are handled in an adjacent catering area to avoid displacement time.

The facility, inaugurated in 2019, was born from the need to share knowledge and train engine people.

The courses are dedicated primarily to our Network of Authorized Workshops, who attend annual trainings to consolidate and increase their technical knowledge and offer an increasingly high level of service. Their skills are certified and recognized by the Mother Company.

Then there are the courses dedicated to customers and their distributors and focused on acquiring the necessary skills to fully understand the engine mounted on their applications.

And last but not least ... courses dedicated to our staff and professional schools, to keep our passion alive and to raise new talents.

The investment on the training department continues.

As of September the team is getting bigger, with the arrival of a Junior Trainer, who will join our Gianni Reinaudo, increasing the available calendar slots and training offerings. Moreover, the boundaries of the Skill Center will also expand, incorporating a new test bench dedicated to practical tests on industrial and marine engines.
